Your privacy is important to us. It is Slayminex Studio policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
User Provided Information
If you request information or technical support, your personal data (such as your email address) is used only to respond to specific inquiry. The other information such as application version, device and Android version is required only for the application improving.
Logging
When you use the application, we automatically record information from your device, its software, and your activity using the application. This may include the device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, locale preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps, system configuration information, and other interactions with the application. This data is collected using Firebase services.
Cloud
Your data can be synchronized with your own cloud account at Google Drive. Thus you can easily restore your data from a cloud to a new phone or tablet (in case of device loss or upgrade). You can visit Google’s Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy) to learn how Google treats your personal data and protects your privacy when using Google Services (Google Drive in this case).
Data security
Your data are stored locally in your device. When you enable password protection the app can encrypts the data with AES 128 standard. When you disable password protection the app decrypts it.
You can create a backup of your data and upload it to your Google Drive. The data is uploaded to Google Drive through Google Play Services. It is stored in a private folder which can be accessed only by the app.
Note that your data is not analyzed in any way and is not used for ad targeting.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.
Advertising
App may display ads, which may lead you to some external website. We are not responsible for the content of the external website.
To display the personalized ads app may use your advertising ID from the device on which it is installed, device’s IP address, cookie files and information about the clicks on ads. Users can reset their advertising ID or opt out of interest-based ads at any time from the Google Settings app. Their preferences apply across all ad companies that use the advertising ID.
Ads won’t be displayed after purchasing app.
Required permissions
App requires the following permissions:
– Network communication: ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, BILLING, INTERNET Permissions are required to synchronize data with your Google Drive, make a purchase through Google Play billing service, load ads.
– Your accounts: GET_ACCOUNTS, AUTHENTICATE_ACCOUNTS Permissions are required to authenticate access to your Google Drive due to synchronization purposes.
– Storage: WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Permissions are required due to backup/restore purposes.
– Contacts: READ_CONTACTS Permission is required to obtain information on the birthdays of contacts and phone number.
– Location: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION.
Permission is required to determine your location in case of emergency. But only when you yourself want it!
Policy changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to Privacy Policy by posting the new privacy policy. You are advised to consult this privacy policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
